AI copilot
The ✨ AI Copilot button in the studio toolbar opens a chat panel that builds and edits your email for you — describe what you want in plain English, and it makes the change directly on the canvas.
Unlike one-shot generator tools, the copilot is a conversation. Every message is a real edit — adding, updating, moving, or removing individual blocks one at a time. A follow-up like "make the headline punchier" only touches the headline instead of regenerating the entire email.
Brand Voice Profile Grounding
The AI Copilot automatically ingests your account's Brand Voice Profile on every turn:
- Brand Identity: Incorporates your brand name, core value proposition, and target audience context.
- Tone Guidelines: Follows your account-wide voice rules (e.g. bold, direct, technical, or conversational).
- Banned Words Enforcement: Strictly avoids any buzzwords, slang, or custom terms configured in your banned words list (such as "seamlessly", "game-changer", or competitor names).
What it can build
The copilot has access to every block type the studio ships — layout (section, columns, repeat), all 13 chart types, event blocks (meeting link, venue, RSVP, add to calendar), forms, quizzes, and your project's theme tokens — not a fixed subset. Ask it to:
- Build a first draft from a description ("a promo email for a weekend sale, with a countdown and a product block").
- Add something to an existing email ("add a 3-question poll asking about our new feature").
- Restyle it ("switch the accent color to a warm orange and use a rounder button shape").
- Restructure it ("put the two testimonials side by side in columns").
It won't invent real prices, dates, or URLs — those are left as placeholders for you to fill in — and it never adds an unsubscribe footer or social links, since those are handled automatically.
Nothing happens without you seeing it
Each reply in the thread shows what changed. The panel applies changes straight to your open canvas as you go (through the same undo/redo stack as any manual edit — Ctrl/Cmd+Z undoes a copilot change exactly like it undoes a drag), and the studio's normal autosave and conflict handling apply on top.
Conversation history
Each project keeps its own copilot thread, so reopening the panel later picks up where you left off. If you or a teammate also connected an external tool through the MCP server — Claude Desktop or Claude Code, for example — those messages show up in the same thread, tagged with where they came from.
Plan availability
The AI copilot is available from the Lite plan up, metered by a monthly turn allowance. Free and Starter don't include it — see pricing for exact allowances per plan.
