- Every email that leaves your account counts toward your monthly allowance: campaigns, journeys, order and booking notices, ticket replies and connected-inbox replies alike. Quotas are hard caps and reset on the 1st.
- Checkout settles directly into your own connected Stripe account — MailInApp never holds funds, but does take a small per-tier commission on each sale.
- Starter through Business bill instantly by card or PayPal; switch or cancel anytime from Settings. Enterprise is a custom contract — talk to sales.

Pricing questions
Why is this so much cheaper than Mailmodo or Dyspatch?
Those platforms bill you for the cost of running a shared sending reputation — warmed-up IPs, deliverability consulting, the risk of other tenants' spam complaints landing on your score. MailInApp sends through your own SMTP relay or your own verified domain, so there's no shared reputation to manage or pay a margin on — your domain, your deliverability, metered by volume instead of marked up.
Are interactive blocks limited on cheaper plans?
No. Every plan, including Free, gets every block, the full fallback engine, and native sending/receiving from your own domain. Plans differ on volume, branding, seats, and API quota — never on what your emails can do.
What counts toward my monthly email allowance?
Every email your account sends: campaigns, journey steps, test sends, order and booking notices, replies to support tickets, and messages you send or reply to from a connected inbox (each recipient counts once). Email you receive doesn't count against it — inbound mail has its own allowance.
What is a Mia AI turn?
One message to Mia AI, however many edits it makes in reply. Planning a journey with "Create with AI" is one turn, plus one for each email it writes; generating a proposal from meeting notes is one turn. Tool calls from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through the MCP server don't use turns — they have their own monthly allowance, since the reasoning runs on your assistant's side.
What happens when I hit my monthly send limit?
Sends stop with a clear error and resume on the 1st of the next month. Nothing is silently dropped — your dashboard shows usage against every quota, and you get an email at 80%.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted when you move down: anything over the new plan's limits stays as it is, you just can't add more, and HubSpot/Pipedrive sync pauses until you upgrade again.
Do unused emails roll over?
No — quotas reset each calendar month.
