Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Digitload ("we," "us"), operator of MailInApp, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from every user of the Services. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and what happens after you do.

This page is our copyright policy, not a substitute for a lawyer. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, consider getting independent legal advice before filing a notice.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe a course hosted on MailInApp infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the form below, or in writing to our designated agent. A valid notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific course, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name and a valid email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submitting the form below satisfies elements 1-6 for a course you can identify on the platform. A notice missing any statutory element may be rejected without action.

What happens next

A well-formed notice against a published course results in that course being taken down immediately, pending review — we don't wait for a human to reach it in a queue before acting, since prompt removal is what the law expects of us once we're on notice. An admin then reviews the notice and either upholds it (the course stays down) or rejects it (the course is restored). We'll do our best to notify the course's owner when this happens.

Counter-notification

If your course was taken down and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, contact us at [email protected] referencing the notice. A valid counter-notification generally includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an appropriate judicial body) and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringer policy

Digitload will disable video/course features for an account after two takedown notices we've upheld against it. This is separate from, and stricter than, our routine content-quality moderation review.

Designated agent

Notices should be sent to:

[AGENT NAME] Digitload 330 Bay Street Toronto, ON M5H 2S8, Canada Email: [email protected]

(This page will be updated with our US DMCA designated agent's registered contact information once registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is complete.)

Misrepresentation

Submitting a knowingly false takedown or counter-notification may expose you to liability, including for costs and legal fees.
