The full loop

From signup to paid, in one tool

Capture a lead, check the address, learn who they are, nurture them, hear the moment they're ready, book the call, send the proposal, take the payment and deliver what they bought. Every step runs in MailInApp, and most of them happen right inside an email.

Step by step

Every step is a real part of the product

  1. 01 · Capture

Grow the list with people who asked

Signup forms and landing pages collect new contacts, and a poll or quiz in the welcome email gives them a reason to answer. Lists from other tools come in through a CSV import that recognizes Apollo, Clay and HubSpot exports.

  2. 02 · Verify

Check every address before it costs you

Every address is checked on the way in, from any source, free on every plan. Invalid addresses are never sent to, and a campaign to a list with too many bad ones waits until you clean it or approve it. Imports also ask how the contacts agreed to hear from you, and purchased lists stay out of marketing sends.

  3. 03 · Enrich

Learn who they are from what they tell you

A poll vote, quiz score or form answer can be saved straight onto the contact who gave it. Company details are filled in from the work email's domain, with 100 lookups a month on the free plan. For more, connect your own Apollo, Hunter or People Data Labs account. Enrichment only fills in contacts you already have. It never finds new people.

  4. 04 · Nurture

Journeys that ask, listen and branch

A journey can send a real interactive email at any step and branch on the answer. Describe one in plain words and the AI copilot builds the flow and writes its emails, then leaves it paused until you switch it on.

  5. 05 · Alert

Know the minute a lead turns hot

When a contact fills in a form, subscribes, or their engagement score crosses your threshold, you get a push notification, an email or a Slack message that opens their profile. A Notify me step puts the same alert anywhere in a journey.

  6. 06 · Book

Booked from the email, not a scheduling page

A booking block shows your next open times right in the email. One tap books the slot on your Google Calendar, with a Meet link and a confirmation email. The time is checked again at the moment of booking, so nobody gets a slot that's already gone.

  7. 07 · Propose

A proposal they accept from their inbox

Paste your meeting notes into the deal and the AI copilot drafts a proposal from them, in your brand voice and at the deal's value. You review it, then send it or publish it as a page. They type their name, tick a box, and the deal moves to Won.

  8. 08 · Pay

Take the payment in the same email

A product block takes a card payment through your own connected Stripe account without leaving the email, and a proposal can carry a deposit the same way. Deals on the pipeline board move by themselves as meetings are booked, proposals sent and payments made.

  9. 09 · Deliver

    Hand over what they bought

A digital product's download link or code is emailed the moment the payment clears. Courses, memberships and webinars live in a member portal that can run on your own domain, with Stripe subscriptions behind it.

  10. 10 · Automate

Connect the rest of your stack

12 account webhook events, from new leads to bookings, deals and purchases, reach Zapier, n8n or your own endpoint. A REST API and an n8n node act on contacts, deals and journeys, and AI assistants can work in your account through MCP.

Where we stop

What MailInApp deliberately doesn't do

A loop is only as good as the list going into it. These limits are on purpose, and they're what keeps your email reaching the inbox.

  • No contact database

We don't sell, scrape or guess email addresses. Bring leads you're allowed to email. To enrich contacts you already have, connect your own Apollo, Hunter or People Data Labs account.

  • No cold outreach

You can import a purchased or prospect list to track and enrich it, but campaigns, schedules and journeys skip those contacts. That protects your sender reputation and keeps you on the right side of CASL and GDPR.

  • A light pipeline, not a CRM

Deals, stages and values that move on real events. Tasks, forecasts and sales sequences belong in a CRM, so deals can sync one way to HubSpot or Pipedrive.

  • Google Calendar only, for now

Booking reads your free and busy times from Google Calendar and adds meetings there. Other calendars aren't supported yet.

  • AI drafts, you decide

Journeys the AI builds start paused and proposals start as drafts. Nothing is switched on or sent until you do it.

One tool or four

The same loop, without the glue

FAQ

Questions about the loop

Do I have to move everything to MailInApp at once?

No. Each step works on its own. Keep your CRM and sync deals to HubSpot or Pipedrive, keep Zapier or n8n and subscribe them to MailInApp's webhooks, or start with interactive emails alone.

Webhooks & events
Can I bring in leads from Apollo or Clay?

Yes. The CSV import recognizes Apollo, Clay and HubSpot exports and keeps the useful columns. It asks how the contacts agreed to hear from you. If they came from a purchased or prospect list, you can still track and enrich them, but marketing sends skip them.

Importing leads
Which plan do I need for the whole loop?

Capture, verification, enrichment, journeys, lead alerts and booking work on every plan, within its limits. In-email checkout, courses, published pages and AI proposals start on Lite, at $29 a month.

See plans & pricing
Will the AI send anything without me?

No. Journeys the copilot builds are created paused, and proposals are drafts. Switching a journey on and sending an email are always your call.

Build journeys with AI
What if a time slot is taken after the email goes out?

The email shows your open times as of when it was sent. When someone picks one, it's checked against your calendar again. If it's gone, they're offered fresh times instead.
