Join links that open exactly on time
A Meeting-link block per online or hybrid track gates on the hosted live view to open a configurable number of minutes before that specific session starts — not hours or days early, and not buried in a generic "conference link" that's the same for every session.
In-person tracks work the same way
Swap in a Venue block for a room or building instead of, or alongside, Meeting-link — the session-picker Poll and per-session Add to calendar work identically whether a track is online, in-person, or hybrid.
