A dedicated feedback board only works if people remember to visit it. A Poll block puts "what should we build next?" directly in an email people already open — one tap records a vote, no account or separate tool required.
Roadmap voting tools have a cold-start problem: nobody visits a page they don't already have a habit of checking. An email doesn't have that problem — it's already open.
The vote itself is one tap
A Poll block lists each candidate feature as an option; a recipient taps the one they want most and the vote records instantly, no sign-in and no separate roadmap tool. Votes are deduplicated per recipient automatically, so a repeat open of the same email never counts twice.
Room for something the list missed
Not every good idea fits a fixed option list. Add a short Form text field underneath the poll — "something else?" — and it still submits on the same single page as the vote itself, catching the suggestion the poll options didn't anticipate.
Close the loop, don't just ask
Votes feel pointless if nothing ever visibly comes of them. An Accordion above or below the poll can recap what actually shipped from the last round — a couple of sentences is enough to show that voting leads somewhere, which is what keeps people voting the next time you ask.
Send it to the people who'll actually use it
An audience filter narrows the send to active users, a specific plan tier, or anyone who's opted into product updates — rather than blasting your entire list for a decision that only matters to the people who'll use the result.

Add a Poll block with your candidate features as options, and an Accordion recapping the last round's outcome. Results tally automatically on the Responses dashboard, or stream out live via a project webhook or Zapier straight into whatever roadmap tool you already use.
